Field Setup

The Field Setup dialog box enables you to add data fields, dynamic fields, choice fields, or multi choice fields to a project, as well as save a list of fields and their types as a template. If data is present in the Document Grid View, it appears in the Field Setup dialog box when the Field Setup is opened.

To open the Field Setup dialog box

1. In the ReadySuite ribbon, click Home > Field Setup.
2. On the Setup Fields dialog box, view the following:
• Name: Field name.
• Data Type: Data type of the field.
• Dynamic: If selected, indicates the field is a dynamic field.
• Locked: Select to lock fields, clear to unlock fields.
• Export Mask: Determines how field is exported.
