Excel

Microsoft Excel files can be imported into ReadySuite with the Excel Import wizard.

To import an Excel file

  1. In the ReadySuite ribbon, click External Data > Import Excel Worksheet to open the Excel Import wizard.
  2. Complete the Import Options page.
  3. Complete the Import Preview page.
  4. Complete the Import Fields page.
  5. Complete the Import Field Types page.
  6. Click Start.
  7. On the Import Progress page, view the details of the import process.
  8. Click Finish.

The imported Excel file date appears in the Document Grid View.
