Let’s dive into the highlights:
MIME (EML) Message Parser Script
Under our Chat Tools category, we’ve added a new EML Message Parser script. This script is capable of reading EML files loaded as either a Native or Text resource in ReadySuite, and can extract metadata, headers, and attachments from the files. This script is incredibly useful when needing to parse EML files and convert those files to the Relativity Short Message Format (RSMF). For example, chat messages can be exported from WebEx in the EML file format, loaded to ReadySuite, and converted to RSMF files using this script.
This script has several options:
You can map standard EML fields to fields in ReadySuite. Additionally, you can parse All, None, or use a custom list of fields to extract specific headers from EML files. Attachment extraction is optional.
