ReadySuite 7.6.3 is released and now available to download. We recommend all customers using previous versions update to this release to benefit from new features, eDiscovery scripts, and increased stability.
For our existing customers, with an active subscription to ReadySuite, you can upgrade to ReadySuite 7.6.3 for free as part of your subscription.
We have only a couple changes to highlight in this release. To see a full list of changes in ReadySuite v7.6.3, view the entire release notes here.
Let’s dive into the highlights:
Choices to Fields Script
We’ve added a new script enabling the ability to take one or more choice fields and output new fields based on the name of the unique choice value. Options for this script allow you to handle nested values and output using either Boolean flags or Text values (populated with the choice value).
See this script in action below:
Batch Documents Script
The existing ‘Batch Documents’ scripted was modified to support a Batch Unit (also known as Batch Group) field. When specifying the optional Batch Unit field, records batched by this group will be batched based on the name of the batch group/unit and then records will be batched under each group found.
Consider using this script when you need to split conversations (for RSMF output) by limiting the number of records for each RSMF file. Setting the Batch Unit field to a mappable Conversation field for RSMF output, you can create subset conversation IDs limiting the number of records by the batch amount.

RSMF Headers
Our chat features for Relativity Short Message Format (RSMF) have been expanded to support headers for To, From, Custodian, Application and Collection ID. When setting fields for these options, the RSMF file container output will include header fields which can be mapped in Relativity Processing.
