The ReadySuite 8.2.1 release contains the following enhancements:

Improvements

• Embedded images in EML/NEML files are resized to reduce total image size/resolution
• Support for HEIC files is added for embedded images in EML/NEML files
• Added chat platform configuration for EmlInlineImageMaxWidth and EmlInlineImageJpegQuality
• Added attachment name to NEML/EML plain text output

• Message text in EML/NEML when displayed on Mac not using preferred font
• Avatars for participants in EML/NEML output missing MIME type
