Delaying Filters

When working with active filters on the Document Grid View, you have the option to delay or defer updates. For example, when modifying a field with a filter applied, an updated value could cause a document to no longer be included in the viewable and filtered set of documents.

When delaying filters, the documents displayed on the Document Grid View remain until either the filter is modified, updated, or removed or unitl the data is refreshed (Home > Refresh Data).

To delay applying filters

1. In the ReadySuite ribbon, click File.
2. On the ReadySuite Options dialog box, click Options, then click Views.
3. In the Document Grid section, clear Update filter results immediately when document values change.
